About Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS)
Founded in 1970, the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons Inc (ASPS) is the oldest and largest peak body for Specialist Plastic Surgeons (both reconstructive and cosmetic). They represent 93% of Specialist Plastic Surgeons in Australia. Their main role is to protect the integrity of plastic surgery as a speciality. The mission is to provide the highest quality plastic surgery care to all Australians.
Overview
ASPS' existing system needed improvement because of some multiple errors and difficulties. Kororo helped to analyse the system and look for solutions of more integrated and manageable Membership/Customer Relationship Management (MRM/CRM) systems.
At the state where Kororo got the report of current system condition, Kororo underlined the issues that are; disconnected systems, no usable documentation, slow improvements, and outdated system versions.
And this is what we do:
To understand ASPS and validate the report mentioned, we conduct a variety of observations from brainstorming, interviews, to requirement workshops. We start the project by gathering all existing ASPS systems use-cases and workflow documents. After that, we laid out all the data requirements in existing ASPS systems with data definition documents to identify the issues. From that point, we started a detailed plan to acquire the required software and services including the maintenance cost to update the use case, workflow documents, and technical system architecture documents.
Throughout the process, Kororo found out that the SaaS products and online user guide documents for ASPS staff needed to be set up and managed using the new systems. This condition brought us to implement the new technical ASPS systems and developed the new MRM/CRM systems. Once development is done, we tested the results and made detailed documents on the technical implementation, deployment, as well as the rollback. In this project, Kororo also provided support and maintenance for the systems and the production of MRM/CRM systems.

Result
Kororo successfully replaced one-to-one features from existing ASPS systems to a better new system. The MRM/CRM systems have also been changed to make them easier to use and more integrated. We have also set up the SaaS products and online user’s guide document for ASPS staff using the new systems. Finally, there’s no more error but a brand new way to utilise the system easily.
